What is it?

   In order to encourage and increase participation in Player of the Year (POY) events, the NBGA will be offering a "Participant of the Year" program, with the goal of achieving full fields in all POY events in 2010.

How does it work?

   For every POY event a person participates in, their name will be entered into a year end draw with a winner being chosen in 3 Player of the Year divisions.

Who is eligible?

   The Participant of the Year Compeition will be available to ALL participants, regardless of score, in each of the three Player of the Year competitions around the province, with the exception of those who are chosen to represent their respective regions in the 2010 AllStar Communications Estabrooks Cup.

What are the divisions?

   There will be a winner from each of the 3 Play of the Year Divisions:

         1) AllStar Communications Senior Men's Male Participant of the Year

         2) BMO Nesbitt Burns (Moncton) Ladies Participant of the Year

         3) AllStar Communications Men's Participant of the Year

What are the prizes?

   Each winner from all three categories will receive 2 rounds of golf with a power cart rental at one of the Hidden Gems Courses.
