REFUND POLICY
The New Brunswick Golf Association....
- ACCEPTS entries on a first come, first serve basis, unless otherwise stipulated on the entry form.
- WILL NOT ACCEPT late or post-dated entries, post-dated cheques or entries by telephone
- ACCEPTS entries by fax only if they include payment by credit card
- WILL NOT assume responsibility for entries lost in the mail or by courier; check the entry list on the NBGA web site to ensure your entry has been received
- WILL NOT issue refunds if the entry is cancelled or withdrawn within two (2) weeks of the start of the event
- WILL CHARGE a $20.00 administration fee on all refunds
- WILL ISSUE legitimate refunds only after an event has been completed, all entries have been reconciled and written notice of a player's intention to withdraw has been received by the NBGA
